Recharge Sales Personalization Infrastructure

This platform is designed to be the definitive source of truth for how all merchant touch points of the Recharge sale will be personalized by vertical and market segment.

1. Five Vertical-Specific Environments

Generic demos kill deals. We will build 5 distinct, high-fidelity environments that speak the specific language of your most important prospects. Each store will be "Lighthouse" quality—setting the standard for design and functionality.

2. The "Happy Path" Philosophy

We are prioritizing impact over completeness. We will identify the "Mission Critical" user flows for each vertical—the moments that actually drive conversion and retention—and execute them flawlessly.

For non-critical areas, we will design them to fail gracefully. This means the store feels complete and robust to a prospect, but we don't waste energy and focus building infrastructure that never gets demoed. This allows us to invest heavily in the "Wow" moments.

3. Personalization Strategy: API & AI First

The stores are just the vessel. The real value comes from how they are experienced and utilized. We are building this platform to be AI and MCP ready from day one, ensuring interoperability with internal AI tooling, Salesforce CRM, and other sales intelligence tooling (i.e. Scratchpad).

SMB & Mid-Market: Automated

For high-volume sales, we envision "App-Like" onboarding tours. AI-ordered walkthroughs that guide a prospect through the store without a rep present, highlighting the exact features they need to see based on their profile.

Enterprise: Rep-Curated

For high-touch deals, reps need control. We will build the foundation for reps to customize the narrative—recording their own voiceovers, re-ordering flow modules, and "Hot Swapping" between OOTB and Custom implementations live on the call.

Lightweight Engagement Tracking

We are not rebuilding SaaS analytics. Instead, we will implement lightweight event tracking that pipes data directly into your existing CRM (Salesforce) and sales tools. This gives reps visibility into prospect engagement—who visited and what they viewed—without the overhead of a new platform.

Micro-Sprint Methodology

We don't build in a vacuum. We work as embedded partners with a rapid cadence of validation and delivery.
